How Do I qualify to Be on a Wood Badge Staff?
There are a few requirements to be on a Wood Badge staff. First of all you must have completed a 21st Century Wood Badge course and earned the award. You also need to complete the Trainers EDGE training. This is offered every year at the Trainers Development Conference. Finally you must have significant staff training experience in your district or the council.
