NE VI-80 was hosted by the Baltimore Area Council at Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation, Camp Saffran and Camp Spencer over two weekends in the spring of 2011.
The Course Director was Vance Kovach who was joined by a staff of 19. A total of 38 participants completed the practical phase of the course
