NE VI-65 was hosted by the Baltimore Area Council at Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation, Camp Spencer and Camp Saffran over two weekends in the fall of 2009.
The Course Director was Earl Baker who was joined by a staff of 20. A total of 53 participants completed the practical phase of the course
