NE IV-210 was hosted by the Baltimore Area Council at Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation, Camp Spencer and Camp Oest over two weekends in the fall of 2008.
The Course Director was Nancy Reed who was joined by a staff of 20. A total of 56 participants completed the practical phase of the course
