NE IV-202 was hosted by the Baltimore Area Council at Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation, Camp Spencer and Camp Oest over two weekends in the fall of 2007.
The Course Director was Susan Hutton who was joined by a staff of 19. A total of 53 participants completed the practical phase of the course
