NE IV-186 was hosted by the Baltimore Area Council at Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation, Camp Oest over two weekends in the fall of 2006.
The Course Director was Brian Lund who was joined by a staff of 20. A total of 45 participants completed the practical phase of the course
