You can apply for a place on the course this fall by clicking on the button below, filling out the application and pressing the Submit button. Please make sure you completely fill in the form before submitting it. If you make a mistake and need to start over just press the Reset button which will clear the form.
Please understand that submitting this form will not guarantee you a place on the course or even reserve a spot at this time. When you have submitted the form you need to send a $80.00 deposit check to:

When you send in the check please include your full name and e-mail address. Sending in the deposit check will reserve your place on the course until the maximum number (48) has been reached. When this happens only full payment will guarantee you a place on the course. You will recieve a packet of information that explains this in more detail when your deposit check has been received.
